Return Guidelines
Return Policy:
Peel’s guarantees every product sold.
- Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 90 days of invoice date. An invoice number must be provided at the time of return to ensure proper credit is received. If an invoice is not shown at time of return, or products are being returned after 90 days, the account will pay a 20% restocking fee.
- Shears, appliances and nail lights will be accepts for return up to 21 days of receipt of product. Manufacturer warranties apply thereafter. Product packaged inside a container (shears, skincare, curling irons, dryers, etc.) will be accepted for return when product is returned with original packaging, whole and unmarred, including warranty cards and other paperwork.
- Only product purchased from Peel’s will be accepted for credit. Credit for returned product must be in restockable condition and not have any price stickers, residue or damages from removed price stickers.
The following are non-returnable or non-exchangeable:
- Discontinued items
- Special orders
- Cosmetics with a broken seal
- Bioelements
- Nail Lights
- Appliances or shears without original box or paperwork
- Seasonal items
- Product with price tags, salon stickers or other markings
- Old packaging
- Used combs or brushes
