Peter’s career in the salon industry began in 1993 in operations for Peel’s Omaha. With an interest in salon design and a background in art and woodworking, Peter decided to bring his personal passion to work by designing custom salon furniture for Peel’s. Peter’s unique mixture of design experience, and project management skill have helped him achieve a successful portfolio of thriving salons in our region. Peter believes that the lasting success of a salon begins with an experienced design team and its devotion to the salon’s ongoing success. “When customers call after 4 or 5 yrs. and ask us to come back in for an update, it’s the biggest reward we could ask for.”

Leslie began her career in the salon industry in 1991 as a Licensed Esthetician. In 1998, after spending seven years working hands-on in salons and spas, she brought her practical experience to the Peel’s Design Team. With her extensive background in the industry, Leslie has an excellent feel for the needs of a salon or spa. Business consulting and space planning is where Leslie brings the most benefit to her clients, assuring future success. Managing a project from conception to reality is her passion. “My favorite day in the entire process is when my team is onsite setting up the furnishings. It is very satisfying to see a dream turn into a plan on paper, then come to fruition for my clients.”

Larry came to Peel’s from Wickstrom supply. With 40 years in the salon industry, he has invaluable knowledge of how to put together a successful salon. Whether using his creativity to design salons or custom automobiles, Larry’s attention to detail and passion bring a winning combination to all of his projects. Larry has extensive training in the production techniques of most major manufacturers in the salon industry.as well experience in their installation. His many customers will tell you his devotion to their success epitomizes the Peel’s way of doing business.
Doris Hodson

With almost 30 years of experience in the salon industry, Doris has compiled as much knowledge as anyone in the industry. Working from Omaha, Doris’s experience and relationships with our vendors enable her to service our customers at a level few can provide. Doris has worked with virtually every manufacturer in the industry. She has been trained in most of their production techniques and brings her practical knowledge of salon equipment to Peel’s to provide the details needed for successful salon operation.

Tim came to Peel’s in 1982 in sales and worked his way up to General manager by 1999. In 2006, Tim took an active roll in the southern region’s equipment department to facilitate it’s ongoing success. Tim’s sales and management background with the salons of the southern region put him in a great position to assess all of their needs. Business consulting and start-up assistance are two areas Tim really brings to the table. His inclusion in the equipment division brings a new level of expertise to our southern customers.

Beginning her career in 2006 in the salon industry, Kim has spent the past 3 years with Peel’s. Working from the Littleton, Colorado Design Center, Kim brings valuable professionalism and customer service skills to the Western Region of Peel’s. Kim has extensive training in Kaemark’s quality production and space planning. With a degree in Business and an emphasis in Organizational Management, her ability to connect with customers and her attention to detail truly define the “Peel’s Way”.

Scot Began his career with Peel’s in 1983 in Witchita, KS. In 1998 Scot moved to Kansas City to provide Peel’s service to our customers in this market. Working out of our Overland Park Showroom, Scot works closely with our southern store division supporting their high level of customer service with equipment and our customers. Along with the usual manufacturer training, Scot’s technical background have led him to become an expert in the esthetics equipment field. As a technical trainer and a salon designer, Scot is in a unique position to provide the best in design for both salons and spas in the Kansas and Missouri region.

Hannah joined Peels in 2009. Her interest in fashion and interior design bring style and flair to the Peel’s design team. Her background in customer service agrees with the Peel’s way of doing business, and an education in business also adds a practical side that customers find valuable. With extensive training in Kaemark’s quality production techniques and space planning, Hannah brings a high level of assistance to all potential and existing salon professionals in our Eastern Region. Hannah’s goal is to provide a thorough “Peel’s” experience from concept through delivery.
